DIGHA
Digha is West Bengal's most popular sea resort and tourist spot located south west of Calcutta. It is 187 km from Calcutta and described as the 'Brighton of the East', it is best for a holiday. Digha has a low gradient with a shallow sand beach with gentle waves, that extends 7 kms in length.
PURI
Puri, also known as, Jagannath Puri, is a coastal city and a municipality in the state of Odisha in eastern India. It is the district headquarters of Puri district and is situated on the Bay of Bengal, 60 kilometres south of the state capital of Bhubaneswar.

The name of the city means “place of the thunderbolt.” Darjeeling is a hill resort, and the city's economy is based largely on tourism; the peak periods for visitors are April to June and September to November. The city has major road, rail, and air connections with Kolkata./p>
